GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Thank you for making a purchase with Shop Yanni.
We trust that you will be super happy with your Yanni\TuBelle purchase. However, we know that returns and exchanges may be needed. Please see our policy below in the event that you need to return or exchange an item(s).
What is the Return Policy? Full priced items may be returned for a full refund within 21 days of online purchase. Items returned after 21 days can only be exchanged for a store credit at the current selling price. After 30 days no return or exchange may be made on an item.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, with original labels and tags attached. All returns must be accompanied with a receipt. Please circle the item(s) that are being returned. Return shipping is paid for by the customer. We advise you to add on tracking to your return shipment as we cannot credit you if we have not received the package. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a website return is made on merchandise that was shipped free of charge (with a website promotion) a $5 restocking fee will be taken off from the final return payout.
How do I make an Exchange? We currently do not offer the option to exchange online. If you want a new size or color, send back your order for a refund and place a new order. We do suggest you place a new order even before the refund is received. (Please refer to sale section for items bought on sale.) All refunds will be made once the package arrives back.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns; made past the 21 days or don't comply with above mentioned policy.
We are unable to issue price adjustments on prior orders.
Returning or exchanging Sale items? ANY item purchased on sale - 25% or higher are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. *An item is determined on sale either with the use of a promotion/sale code or previously marked down* NO EXCEPTIONS! Should a sale item(s) be sent back to us under these conditions the items will be discarded of. Any item purchased on a sale markdown lower than 25% can only be exchanged within 14 days. Should for any reason a Sale item need to be returned\exchanged please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
When can I expect to receive the refund? Once your item is received and inspected your refund will take 5-7 business days and will be returned in your original method of payment.
If I place an order online can I pick it up from the showroom?
SHOWROOM PICKUP IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE
DO NOT DROP OFF OR LEAVE PACKAGES AT DOOR - TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS LISTED ON YOUR PACKAGE. WE WILL TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR PACKAGES UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES!
I received an incorrect or damaged item. WHOOPS, let us fix that quickly! Please contact us ASAP. In the event that your order was mis-packaged we will issue a return or exchange via your original checkout method. Please return your item within 7-10 days in original packaging, unworn, and all tags in tact. We request that a replacement order be made on our site. One refund will be issued at the end of the transaction.
